PETER GULLI- OWNER/4AA MASTER STYLIST

​     Peter, a native of Southington, CT, has been a stylist for over 25 years.  Honing his trade with his father, Dominic Gulli, and partnering in 2001, Peter’s long career has allowed him to work with a wide range of products and master many styles. Following in the footsteps of World Champion Gulli, Peter began competing internationally at a young age. In the process, achieved many accolades, including expanding the business to Simsbury, CT in 2004.  
​     Peter’s specialty is men’s and women's precision cutting and styling, but not limited to foil highlighting and color. Peter is certified in Brazilian Blowout and Lavish Lash Eyelash Extensions.  In 2014, Peter honored the legacy of his father and founder by transforming the Southington location into a World Class Salon and Spa.  peterdominic salon and spa is located at 895 Queen Street, Southington. ERICA D'AGOSTINO-
CORPORATE DIRECTOR/LEVEL 4AA STYLIST

     Erica joined the peterdominic salon and spa's (formerly Mr. Joseph’s Hair Studio’s) talented team of stylists in April of 2007. After working side by side with the founder, Dominic Gulli, Erica now continues to help Peter create the perfect team, full of hard working and passionate employees, for both the Southington and Simsbury locations. She handles marketing, social media, interviewing, ordering and everything that an everyday life in a salon would entail on top of handling her loyal clientele.
    Graduating from Brio Academy of Cosmetology in 2003, Erica brings with her an award for excellence in corrective coloring and hair color formulation. Keeping up on the newest products and trends, she participates in extensive in-salon training, and specializes in many different hair extension techniques such as Tape-in's and beading, eyelash extensions, color correction, customizable hair painting, foil highlighting, precision cutting and blowout styling. Erica also has worked with a wide variety of products, Goldwell, Kerasilk, MoroccanOil, Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment and product line, Redken, Oligopro Blacklight, Joico, Prevana and KMS. She is certified in Hotheads, Hairtreats and Hair Shoppe Hair extensions, Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment and Lavish Lash Eyelash Extensions. Erica and her team have worked on many charitable events in the salon; St. Baldricks cut-a-thons, Susan G. AMANDA VARRONE- LEVEL 4A STYLIST

     Amanda is a graduate of Paul Mitchell, The School of North Haven.  She joined the peterdominic salon and spa team of talented stylists in march 2014.  Amanda brings with her a wide range of product knowledge and services offered.  Specializing in balayage, color formulation, blow-dry styling and color correction, Amanda can accommodate anyones hair needs. KRISTYNA CHANTHINITH- LEVEL 3 STYLIST

​     Kristyna joined the Associate program with the peterdominic salon and spa team of talented stylists in April 2018.  She is a graduate of Wilcox Technical High School in Meriden, CT.  You can find Kristyna at our Southington location as a level 1 stylist.  Her driving passion for color, balayage, up styling and makeup application has made her an important asset to our team and we are excited to see her grow as a person and stylist.  She is certified in Brazilian blowouts and Hotheads Tape-in Extensions.
